Facilities and working hours
- Some exterior parts of the hotel, the pool bar and the tavern could be monitored for security reasons.
- Hotel Stella is not responsible in case of accident or any damage done at the parking lot of the hotel.
- The official siesta time (to keep quiet) in Greece during the summer is from 23:00 to 7:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. Please respect the siesta time and generally the other tenants of the hotel.
- Breakfast is served at the tavern from 8:00 to 10:00. We are not obliged to serve breakfast if you come after 10:00.
- Generally the tavern/bar is open from 10:00 to 24:00 and the food is served from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00.
- The pool bar is open mainly in the months June, July and August from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00. It could be closed in case of bad weather.
- The swimming pool is open for the guests from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
- Check-in hours: 14:00 - 23:00.
- Check-out hours: 08:00 - 12:00.
Swimming Pool Rules
- The sunbeds and the pool area are private and they can be used only from hotel Stella guests.
- The depth of the pool is 1,50 meters everywhere.
- The swimming pool is open for the guests from 10:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
- Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Please keep quiet arround the swimming pool and respect the guests of the hotel. Screaming and loud noises are not allowded arround the pool and the hotel area.
- Minors and children must be supervised constantly by their parents, when they are inside and outside from the pool.
- Before entering the pool you should shower first.
- Sunscreen and other creams could affect the quality of the pool water.
- You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks at the pool bar and arround the swimming pool area.
- All kind of games are prohibited in the swimming pool, around the pool area and on the grass.
- It is not allowed to play any kind of music at the pool area (except the music played from the pool bar).
- The hotel is not obliged to have a lifeguard at the pool and at the beach.
Pet Policy
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Cancellation and Payment Policy
- There is no charge for cancellations or alterations of bookings with a notification of 21 or more days before check-in.
- There is a charge of 50% of the total amount of booking for cancellations or alterations with a notification between 20 and 7 days before check-in.
- In case of later cancellation, alteration or non-appearing, the whole amount of the booking will be charged.
- The payment of the staying is made at check-in. In case of an earlier departure the payment is not refundable.
Privacy and security policy
All data submitted to stella-hotel.com website by means of e-mail or contact form submissions are used exclusively for the needs of your contact with the hotel's administration and will not be notified in any case to any third party.
stella-hotel.com website accepts secure online payments by use of EasyPay safe payments getaway, powered by Piraeus Bank. Any online payment which takes place at stella-hotel.com and its associative information (credit card numbers, card holder's name etc) are not notified to the hotel staff but are processed in encrypted form to the secure environment of EasyPay, where payment is processed. Afterwards, user is automatically redirected to stella-hotel.com.
